Strategic Business Leader™ Group sessions begin with a presentation by a subject matter expert on a strategic management topic selected by the group. Then "drill down" discussion by the group with the expert helps group members see how they can apply the knowledge in their organization for best results.
Leader peer group support.
Each Strategic Business Leader™ Group member has an annual opportunity to make an in-depth presentation to the group on his or her organization, situation, issues and opportunities. In these "member spotlights," group members offer feedback and guidance based on their experience and knowledge. Each group meeting also offers an open session for any member to raise an issue or opportunity for group input. Outside of meetings, members are free to seek additional feedback from other members.
One-on-one consultations.
The Strategic Business Leader™ Group process is completed through quarterly one-on-one half-day consultations with each member. The group facilitator, a qualified and experienced strategy consultant, helps the member process, evaluate and apply group input, frame issues and opportunities for group input, set professional and organizational goals, develop and apply strategic management expertise, and drive strategic thinking, planning and action in the member's organization.
