Yet, many organizations don't develop and implement strategies leading to a shared vision of success. Most of leaders' time and attention are directed to daily operations and problem-solving.
We set out to solve this dilemma. In a year-long quest, we learned what's needed to help leaders think and act strategically and instill planning and effective implementation in their organizations.

In our strategy group approach, 8-16 current and emerging leaders who don‘t compete focus on mastering strategic management and tackling member issues and opportunities. Participation builds leadership effectiveness and improves organization performance and value.
