This search identified peer group guidance, subject matter expert input and professional strategic counsel as the most effective ways to ground leaders in strategic management and help them drive strategic thinking, planning and action in their organizations. The members of a Strategic Business Leader™ Group are non-competitive peers, with the shared perspective of organizational leadership but each bringing individual knowledge and experience. The group agrees that meetings are confidential and members pledge to give honest, straight-forward and helpful guidance to one another. The facilitator makes sure the group delivers the promised strategic guidance and support and helps members make the most of group involvement over time.
