CEOs, COOs, CIOs, CMOs, CFOs and other C-level leaders of companies and not-for-profit organizations, small medium and large, can benefit from membership in a Strategic Business Leader™ Group. Organizational leaders gain on-going unbiased peer guidance, expert insight and one-on-one professional counsel for a small investment of time and money.
Emerging leaders.
Strategic Business Leader™ Groups are a great way for those on the track to senior leadership to build strategic management expertise and gain invaluable insight, feedback and counsel as they progress in their roles.
Entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurship are challenged to be strategic while addressing all aspects of building a business and can be isolated. A Strategic Business Leader™ Group offers entrepreneurs an unbiased senior advisory board and professional counsel in building the business and being strategic in doing so.
Being in a C-level, emerging leader or entrepreneurial role. (We build groups to obtain the greatest synergy among the members.)
Participation in six half-day peer group meetings a year (with the understanding that professional and personal obligations may occasionally get in the way).
The commitment to treat group sessions as highly confidential meetings.
The commitment to willingly present your situation, issues and opportunities to the group and to seek and consider acting on the guidance of the group and the facilitator.
The commitment to freely give thoughtful guidance on issues and opportunities brought to the table by other members.
A strong desire to improve strategic management capabilities and organizational outcomes through quarterly half-day face-to-face strategic management consulting sessions with the group facilitator.
Payment of $3,500 annually, $900 on a quarterly basis or $320 on a monthly basis.
